Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ThinkSyKids paid plans — Premium monthly, Premium yearly, and Classroom seats. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

ACIRE Innovations Inc. LLC is the seller and Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Email us at info@acireinnovationsinc.com with your account email and plan name, or
• Sign in at thinksykids.com/account and cancel your plan, then email us for a refund of the current period.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and usually take a few business days once approved.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the pricing page or through your account at thinksykids.com/account, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; to ask for money back on a charge already made, use the refund steps above.

If we stop offering the service or close your account for reasons other than a breach of our Terms, we refund any unused prepaid period.
