Terms of Service

ThinkSyKids is operated by ACIRE Innovations Inc. LLC. When you create an account or use the app, you are entering into an agreement with ACIRE Innovations Inc. LLC. By continuing to use the service you accept these terms.

ThinkSyKids is designed for children in Grades K–5, but accounts must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or school. If you are under 18, you may use ThinkSyKids only with the involvement of a grown-up who accepts these terms for you. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think an account has been misused.

• The Free plan includes one grade level.
• Premium is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year and unlocks all of Grades K–5.
• Schools and classrooms are priced separately — contact us for a quote.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the pricing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment service provider. ACIRE Innovations Inc. LLC is the seller and Merchant of Record for all orders. We handle all customer service inquiries and returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email info@acireinnovationsinc.com.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with people outside your family, class, or school licence
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or contains other people’s personal data
• Use the AI Homework Helper to cheat on graded tests or to request non-educational content
• Attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put children at risk.

The Homework Helper provides step-by-step guidance generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, and it is a study aid — not a substitute for a teacher. Grown-ups should review answers with their student. We filter requests that are not schoolwork-related and record when a request is blocked.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it only to operate the service (for example, to generate homework guidance or display your profile picture). Our lessons, questions, games, artwork, and branding remain the property of ACIRE Innovations Inc. LLC and may be used for personal or classroom learning only.

We work to keep ThinkSyKids available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular learning outcomes, uninterrupted access, or that content is error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ThinkSyKids is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using ThinkSyKids and request deletion at any time by emailing info@acireinnovationsinc.com. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes will be notified to account holders. Questions go to info@acireinnovationsinc.com.
